Refund Policy

At EvenTori Media, we aim to deliver exceptional event experiences with our Magazine photobooth and Magic Mirror photobooth services. By booking our services, you acknowledge the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Deposits

A booking deposit may be required to secure your event date.

All deposits are non‑refundable and applied toward reserving equipment, staff, templates, and logistical planning.

 

2. Client‑Initiated Cancellations

Cancellation Notice Refund Terms

More than 30 days before the eventRemaining balance refunded (deposit excluded)

15–30 days before the event, 50% of remaining balance refunded (deposit excluded)

Less than 15 days before the eventNo refund

Same day / No showNo refund

 

3. Rescheduling Requests

Clients may request a one‑time reschedule, subject to availability.

Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the original event date.

If the new date is unavailable, standard cancellation terms apply.

 

4. Service Issues & Technical Failures

If EvenTori Media is unable to deliver agreed service due to internal error, including:

Equipment failure that cannot be resolved on‑site,

Failure of staff to arrive,

Or business‑caused disruption,

The client may be eligible for: A partial refund prorated to lost service time, OR
A credit for a future booking (amount agreed by both parties).

 

5. Print & Template Customization

Refunds are not applicable for errors caused by client input, including:

  • Typos on custom magazine cover templates,

    • Template design approval choices,

    • Backdrop selections,

    • Or photo quality affected by venue conditions.

    • Template proofs may be shared electronically for approval before printing.

    • Once approval is given, template content is considered final.

 

6. Venue & Weather‑Related Disruptions

  • EvenTori Media is not responsible for disruptions caused by:

    • Venue power issues,

    • Denied vendor access,

    • Severe weather preventing safe travel,

    • Or early event shutdown by client or venue.

    • Refunds are not available for these disruptions.

    • Future booking credit may be considered at our discretion.

 

7. Refund Review & Processing

Refund requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and must be submitted in writing.

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Refund review requests should include:

    • Full name on booking,

    • Event date,

    • Description of issue (if applicable),

    • Supporting evidence if claiming service failure.

By booking EvenTori Media services, you confirm understanding and acceptance of this policy.
